Madison, WI (June 29, 2024) -  Police have identified the man who was killed in a crash on Sunday, June 23rd in Madison. The incident took place in the 1900 block of Moorland Road.

According to officials, the accident involved a car and a motorcycle. At this time, there is no information on what caused the collision to occur. Police say that the motorcycle rider, identified as 41-year-old Nicholas Yankaitis, lost his life in the collision. It is unclear whether anyone else was hurt as a result of the accident. Officials shut down the roadway while they investigated the collision. An investigation into the crash is ongoing and no one else involved has been identified.
